Himnarios IBRM
Privacy Policy
Himnario IBRM is a non-commercial app built for the IBRM church community.
Information We Do Not Collect
Himnarios IBRM does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. Specifically:
- No account or registration is required
- No analytics or tracking SDKs are included
- No advertising networks are used
- No location data is accessed
- No contacts, microphone, or storage (beyond local app data) are accessed
Data Stored Locally on Your Device

| Imported hymns (JSON) | Hymns you import from a file, QR code, or web code |

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer or any third party.
Camera Permission
The app requests access to your device camera only to scan QR codes for importing hymn collections. The camera:
- Is activated only when you open the QR import screen
- Does not capture, save, or transmit any photos or video
- Is not used for any purpose other than reading QR codes
Network Access
The app may connect to the internet in the following limited cases:
- Importing hymns from the web
- When you enter a code in Settings to download a hymn collection from hymnsappjson.nvtechit.com.
- Opening YouTube links
- When you tap the YouTube button on a hymn, your device opens the YouTube app or browser (handled by your OS).
No personal data is sent in these requests. The web import only sends the access code you type.
Third-Party Services
The app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services.
Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, the app is safe for all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be included in the next app release and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
