Program Description
By providing consent, authorized staff and operators agree to receive recurring SMS text alerts from MyITManager, operated by Nelson Valladares (DBA NV Tech IT), a Sole Proprietor. Alerts include IT support ticket notifications, reply and comment alerts, unacknowledged-ticket reminders, and a periodic summary digest.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on IT ticket and system activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Nelson Valladares (DBA NV Tech IT) does not charge for the alerts.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
